1960s home with mc wiring

We currently live in an 1960s home in West Los Angeles with mc armored wiring. As such, none of the receptacles have ground wires. There is obviously no neutral wires in the receptacles as well. Just wires. one white and one black. Further, our main service panel is an old GE 100 amp panel. We are planning on having the panel replaced with a 200 amp. Question, should we have the house rewired as well? Thanks.
