"waning power" does it mean weak power or power that gradually becomes weak?

@sahar987,
Just look in a dictionary - Google it, wiki it.

Just google 'how to google'.

@mark noble,
Citizens of China don't have access to Google, Mark.

And yes, waning means weakening.

@jespah,
I am unaware of Chinese internet dynamics.
But I'm about to research it.

How do you know the poster is in China?

@mark noble,
I don't. But I do know that often when we got questions that are obviously found on Google, and they're not just setups for spam, that it tends to be because the poster can't get to Google. Often that means they're from China.

@mark noble,
As of last weekend - China got 'filtered' GMaps and GTranslate back - But 6 million users have no Google.
Makes me question '6mill' - From 1.5 Bill population - And 'loftier' citizens 'availability'

Nevertheless - Thanks for making me aware of this.

That explains why Noone is sending Chinese-Pyramid details into the 'net'.
