Sentence structure.

A wrote a brief report and I wonder if you can read and advise if it makes sense. My goal is to improve my writing skills and how to use the grammar correctly.

The contractors were at the concierge, but I advised them to park down the ramp. So you are with them in your flat, I wonder where they had gone as the keys are in my hand and I wanted to give it to them. I will let my colleagues know that the contractors are with you as they were looking for them.
