1. doesn't have an active gaming community;
2. doesn't have a well known set of entrepreneurial experts (let alone VC or crowdsourcing bent);
3. doesn't have a particularly active south Asian membership;

Not knowing anything about you, your financial status/health, your tech background, who may or may not be your local competitors? I can easily conjecture that it'll all come down to how much money you have; if you have a decent enough demographic in your area that would patronize your establishment; whether you are or aren't a risk taker.

In other words, a Business Plan.
