1. She found out that her daughter was pregnant with her first child.
This sentence indicates that the daughter is no longer pregnant and that the pregnancy is over (miscarriage, given birth, etc...).

2.[S]he found out that her daughter is pregnant with her first child.
The mother in this scenario found out now (or pretty close to the present time) that her daughter is pregnant with child.

3. She has found out that her daughter is pregnant with her first child.
The mother in this scenario found some time back (some time in the past) that her daughter is with child.

Thank you do much for your response.

If I want to write a report based in the past, which sentence will you recommend to use?

If I want to write a brief report based in the present , which sentence will you recommend to use?

Thank you inadvance.
