Which is correct:
The change is due to a delay in the cabinets being delivered.
or
The change is due to a delay with the cabinets being delivered.

I'd rather go with, The change is due to a delay of the cabinets being delivered.

Or even better, The change is due to the delay of cabinet delivery.
