Well Water Health Issues

Hello,
I am new to the site. I cannot find any information for my specific issue and I'm hoping someone might have some insight.
I think The issue has to do with Iron and sulfur-reducing bacteria. It has been some time since I shocked the well and am saving up for a hydrogen peroxide system.
Anywho everytime I take a shower or ingest the water I get involuntary muscle spasms sometimes for up to 3 weeks.
I have tried all kinds of supplements but found it is directly affected by the water in the well. Before I found out it was indeed the water triggering such an uncomfortable response I thought I was having renal failure.
After avoiding the water for a length of time the twitches go away. Boiling the water doesn't solve it either and happens every winter specifically. Im tired of having to go to friends houses for showers. I have bought a water distiller for personal water which has been great detox. (adding pinch of pink salt of course)

Anywhere I look online states both of the bacteria are benign and do not cause issues in humans. could it be another bacteria in the water
It is a well that's 175 feet deep in shale.

Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

@Lucmywizard,
It should have a thorough analysis by someone equipped and knowledgeable. How to find someone for this I have no expertise.
