Hello,

I would like to know how to say midnight plus 23 minutes?
Is it correct to say: 12:23 AM
or, is it: 12:23 PM
or is it possible to say: 0:23 AM?

Thank you for your help.
Have a good day.
Serge

@milimi,
The correct way to say this, in a normal setting, is 12:23 AM. 12:23 PM is in the afternoon.

In "military time", we we also use in the software industry you will see this as 00:23... in that case 2:00 pm (in the afternoon) would be 14:00.

@milimi,
There's 12 midnight and then there's 12 noon. Anything after that is as Max describes.
