I will like to know what was the reason for the block by Facebook since I was not notified of the infraction and is this pernament or temporary?

Facebook will most likely never tell you. This is because these kinds of flaggings are often the result of computer algorithms. I doubt an employee of Facebook has any idea your page was flagged.
