Send email to Facebook user

Hi,
I am the membership secretary for a club and we operate an open “Group” where some of the members are not actual members of the club. People in the group post information they believe will of benefit to club members.
The club management committee are all members of the Facebook group, but we circulate information to committee members via email and herein lies the problem as one of the committee members does not use email.
So here is my question “Is there a way in which an email from a mail server can be sent directly to a Facebook account”, I know how to identify a Facebook users ID so all I need now is way of using this to put the message for them in their message or messenger queue.
