Which is correct:

We are working with the customer on the changes that she wants to make and also scheduling carpet cleaning for next week.
or
We are working with the customer on the changes that she wants to make, and also scheduling carpet cleaning for next week.

@dabbadabba,
If the scheduling for carpet cleaning is part of working with the customer then omit the comma. If it's something separate from working with the customer then include it. Either way, the sentences are rather ambiguous.
