Tracing down wires?

I plugged in a leaf blower to my outside plug in and it blew my two front porch lights. Went to breaker box, had a bad wire, fixed wire but still no front lights. I was told to track down all GFCI outlets and test and found all that I have known. I checked all breakers to trace all lights, etc. Stumped!
