I've been dating this guy I matched with on tinder for about a month now. We never talked about what either of us were looking for, but we act a lot like a couple. We are intimate, hold hands, he kisses me in public, takes me on dates and pays for me, and calls me nicknames like babe and cutie. I even met a few of his friends that were with him one day when we met up. I came out of a toxic relationship somewhat recently so I haven't been desperate for another one, so being unsure of what is going on and just going with the flow isn't affecting me. I'm just a curious person and sometimes wonder what he's thinking. He hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend or talked about a relationship at all, but by the way he acts and treats me does he assume we're already in one? Or is he thinking this is just a fling? Why do you think he hasn't brought it up? Because I'm nervous to, as I'm not clear on what I want, so I'm just curious on what it sounds like he might be going for. We go to school kind of close to each other, but are originally from places that are far from each other. So maybe that is a factor he is considering. I just want to know what he might want without asking him yet and potentially scaring him because it still might be too soon for both of us. I'm just curious. Thank you!
@artsygirlg789,
It sounds like it is time for you to have an honest conversation. If you want to know where the relationship is going, just ask him? If you are having sex (I assume that is what you mean by "intimate") then it's absolutely a reasonable thing for you to ask him what he feels about the relationship.
Have the conversation. The best way to know what he is thinking is to ask him.

it's a month
you've barely started dating
relax, enjoy it
get through the holidays
see what the new year brings
primarily - enjoy dating
try not to think past that
I'd be running far and fast if someone asked where we were going after a month (or six)
