Hi everybody,
This is my first post, i have a question in regards to English grammar.
'I think you have a good eating habit. You know how to be well' This is clearly incorrect, but i cannot find a grammar rule to explain why it's incorrect. Could anybody please explain why?
Thanks in advance

Means the same as: You know how to eat healthy or You know how to take care of yourself.

Also, try:
You have good eating habits.

@PUNKEY,
Thankyou! so just to clarify, 'you know how to be well' is an acceptable sentence? I've never heard the phrase before and it sounds incorrect to me.
