There is this guy and we have been friends for awhile now and he has been there for me and we talk a lot. I was into his friend until a couple weeks he told me he didn’t like me and the guy i like now was there for me and helped me move on than he started liking this girl and recently she told him he does not like him and was there for him like how he was for me. But he says he is over her but not ready for a relationship. We have a lot in common and we talk a lot and FaceTime a lot. Should i tell him i like him or wait and how should i tell him
