So the question is for a women to answer. My girlfriend doesn't know much about sex and climax. She doesn't feel anything when she masturbates.
When we had sex, I tried to make her climax but i never seemed to see a peak in her body language or her moanings. She thinks that she always climax.
We have sex for around 1-3 hours in one session.
Can you enlighten me on the subject?

Many women don't climax during the act of intercourse. Try oral for starters. As for her not feeling anything, I don't suppose that's 100% impossible, but it could point toward an early trauma in her life (note: I am not a doctor).
She says she has an orgasm. Take her word for it. Her lack of moaning means nothing.
