I suggest you make a journal about emotions and write down each major
negative emotion you have everyday.
- How did you feel then?
- What made you upset, mad, etc.
- Learn to dialogue to your inner world, and you possibly find out why your emotions swing dramatically.
- I assume there's a need for you to fill for each negative emotion. Find out what it is.
You probably subconsciously realise the major problem about your emotional swing is likely due to the family that made your emotional tank empty and you feel inscure all the time...
Or you might record each major emotional swing in this thread, so that the folks might possbily give you some specific suggestions.
I think emotions including negative emotions are our friends. They are something like physical pains which tell us there are something wrongs in our bodies, so that we are aware of taking care of ourselves.
