We have been having trouble with our gym floor being slippery. We did a sample of the floor using clear tape and looked at it under a microscope. There is some disagreement on whether what we found were skin cells, body oil, or foreign matter. Can anyone help clear this up.

There are msny reasons why a floor becomes slippery. What is your gym floor surface?

Hardwood with polyurethane finish.
