@Canmar86,
I suspect that would violate their license in just about any state in the US.

@jespah,
My other question would be if I brought this to the attention of cps would they do anything, could it be considered neglect or endangering the welfare of a child

@Canmar86,
That would depend on your state, most likely.

Look, if you're trying to be vindictive about calling CPS on someone, maybe reconsider that strategy.

@jespah,
Not trying to be vindictive just trying to see what standing this could show in court my husband hasn’t seen his son in almost 4months, he is the one who was getting his hair cut by his little brother. He’s being bullied by his step father and his mother does nothing to stop it. Just trying to see what this could mean for us when we go back to court to try and get him with us like which is what this little boy wants. He’s 11 and already suffers from severe anxiety

@Canmar86,
I understand now, and I'm sorry he's being bullied, which is horrible for anyone.

You need to talk to a family lawyer in your area. Your divorce lawyer is a good place to start - even if you don't want to work with the same lawyer again, you should be able to get a referral.

An 11 year old is old enough to express his own opinion in court. Request a Family Court hearing ( or whomever handles custody issues) and petition for custody.

@PUNKEY,
That’s the plan just worried that since he hasn’t been able to talk to his dad in nearly 3 months so we don’t know what they have been telling him about that
