Help solving this riddle

So I was dumb...I encrypted my HDD with a riddle which I now can't solve.... If you guys can help that would be much appreciated....

Riddle:
"I am twelve to two, and eleven to one. I am the first thing you see when you start the day and the feeling that pushes your steps throughout the day"

The hint I gave myself is "It's hilarious"
