My ex fiance now says she wants a break, said she loved me one week then said a different story this

My now recent ex and I were together a year and a months. She'd get mad all the time just about if I said the wrong thing when said she'd go home then that she doesn't wanna lose me and begged me to not leave her all the time and cried here recently she said she needs a break in the relationship due to her being too stressed out with her life right? Also, every other time she came over, if I did not respond to her immediately when she was mad she's like that's it I'm going home we're done every visit... I even told her, it hurts me when you do this do that, and she said get over it this is how I am don't complain dumbass I'm bipolar. So basically, mental illness means you can do whatever to me. Well I came to see her got my Christmas gift she ended up kissing me and I'm like you don't love me she's like yes I do I just asked for a break I want a second chance eventually. She cried if I didn't kiss her back held my hand said she loved me.. Then today after not talking for 5 days I sent her a long heartfelt message saying sweet thing I'm like do you still love me and today she says I don't know. She is bipolar argued alot with me said she can't help it and says I should get over it some complain get used to it all the time. I'd seem to say the wrong thing all the time she's pushed me away before slapped my chest and my face once because, she thought I was breaking up with her. She'd hangup the phone when she got mad all the time too. I don't know what to do i don't know I'd she's lying or not about it all because today she told me she doesn't know if she loves me when last week she said otherwise. That she did love me in person I'm like you told me last week when I got my gift you did love me in person still even tho you wanted a break in the relationship she's like u really wanna ******* argue. Then yesterday she calls me up to, "check up on me see how I'm doing. " do you feel she loves me or what her deal is?
