Can someone help me on what I should do with this relationship?

I have been dating my boyfriend for a year and 4 months and everything seems alright except he is 22 years old, who still lives with his mother and tells me he is not ready to move out. Every time i ask him why, his answer changes than the one he said before. Hes been living rent free and is collecting $800 from unemployment and doesnt have a chore or really any responsibility in the world but school. His Phone bill, car insurance, and car payment are all under his MOMS name. He gives her the money every month so she can pay it for him instead of learning to just pay it online HIMSELF. She even fills out his fafsa for him and also pushed him to get a credit card. Him and his mom are close of course (mommas boy) but after I moved out of his moms house and into my parents house, he has yet tried to even spend real time with me. My friend asks, "well why doesnt he try to get you guys a hotel sometimes" and i ask him and he tells me if he could he would. But he can buy a $500 gun, bullets, food, and other stupid crap and oh yeah a $400 car payment his MOTHER pushed him to do which also helped her get a new car after him. Every time we talk about this, he always says " well it helps my mom out" and shes 50. Im starting to see him less then a man now, and im not sure If I am wrong for this. I just need some help or advice on what I should do. Im starting to lose feelings and I dont want to, But he is not showing me that he wants to be his own man. Please HELP.
