@Bock,
Philosophy !......Really ???

Your poor English suggests that you will have significant problems with the amount of reading expected on such a course, and the essays you would need to write.

@fresco,
Lol... I think the double "as" is a typographical error. I see no reason why you should take it for granted.

@Bock,
Smile If you think that is your only error, that would underscore my point. You don't appear to understand the standard syntax for a question, nor the need for agreement of verb endings with subject of the sentence ...both suggestive of ESL However, if you are serious in your choice of subject, I suggest you try a standard text like Russell's 'History of Western Philosophy' before biting off more than you can chew.

(NB Knowledge of either French or German would be an advantage for reading some philosophers later in the course, but your syntax does not suggest that knowledge.)

@fresco,
Lol.. Thank you very much Sir. To be honest with myself, I barely edit my post before posting them on social media. I should've used the verb 'majors' instead of 'major'. Thanks for that one sire. Actually, am just a young boy from Africa who is book thirsty and has a lot of passion for philosophy. English has never been my first language but I believe am trying my best at it. I would really like us to be chatting regularly, I've already messaged you. Thank for the suggestion, thanks for the link, I really do appreciate them a lot xoxoxo..
