Kinda envy you weekend late-risers. The critters here have neither mercy nor understanding of calendars. "Its gettin' light out there, Dad ... what's takin' ya so long? C'mon, now ... hustle it up; we got things to do!"

About 06:00 to 06:30 from Monday to Saturday; on Sundays, it can be 08:00.

That's actually the "getting-up-time, waking-up might be much earlier.

(I've always been a morning person: liked to listen to an early morning as a kid, which started at 04:00!
And since the times as a conscript, in the navy, I'm up early too: used to go to lavatory, when the petty officer on guard went there [happened due to practical-pragmatic reasons!].)

Yeah, I can see how that would make of an unpleasant morning, Timber ;-)

Walter
I like the early mornings as well. When I start working, I'll probably be up between 4 and 5 am. I like the house very quiet when I get up ;-) I also like to catch the sunrise.

I stay in bed until my body is sore and rejecting any further sleep.
If I go out the night before, I'll probably sleep 'til afternoon.

Even though I can pick my sleeping hours, I can't sleep more than 8 hours.
