I am trying to find some things to eat that won't cause me to gain more weight ya. I want to be thin. Does anyone have any advice on this. Thanks.
To lesson up your weight only 3 simple steps should be followed.
1) No fast food or any food having oil in it
2) No Sugar
3) Use grilled food
