I am writing a poem and I need to compare the energy of a young lamb to something. Any good similes or metaphors?

Rambunctious sheep in its first year but a lamb.

On paddocks and plates, spring lambs with zest.

Young lambs cavorting as if there is no tomorrow.

Gambolling and roistering in a lamb's shambles.

Baals flying about no matter the weather.

Squealing into silence.
