If you find something, do you turn it in?

I'm assuming it's either a mummified human corpse or a used condom. Use your best judgment on whether to contact the authorities on your find.

Finders keepers. On my walks, I used to find watches on the road, some run over by cars but still working. A couple were worth $$$, but the rest were cheap digitals.
Once I found thirty cents on the sidewalk...I kept it.
Other things, I would likely turn in, especially if they seemed valuable.

I would have to contact several countries and they would fight over it.
To whom does the ink well belong? It belongs to me.
