Those poor folk who follow my OP's, none'v'em have worked. Last'n, I had 'mended throwin' the on-off switch off & on several times to wipe all the semiconductive 'cummu,' but still it quickly got slow
So now resort t version of the orig': As I push it 'round I tap it up&down, ever so lightly

Coupla hrs later, found best way 'fall. one some other a2k had 'gested: Turn pad upside down....
