Is this sentence correct and clear (not sure if "their concerns" is clear that it is the customer's concerns.
The project manager met with the customer to discuss the estimate and their concerns.

Are the concerns about the estimate or about the entire job?
It is proper, and it is coherent and the meaning is clear. Good job.
