How to save my written notes

Why not just transcribe them onto a computer document, like in Word or Google docs? Take photos of anything you can't or won't transcribe, but unless it's an original drawing (which you can scan or photograph), keeping your notes on paper if you have humidity problems is not a good idea at all.
