Is painting signed R. Owen. R. EMMETT OWEN?

Hi, I'm trying to find out about an artist of a painting. The painting is signed "R. Owen ". Do you think this is R. EMMETT OWEN? Or anothet artist with the last name of Owen? The painting is from a local shop in the North East and I believe R. EMMETT OWEN also lived in the North East. It's a large painting approx 30 x 40 (I don't have the painting in front of me to measure exactly). On the back, it seems the title MIGHT be "Olden Days in Holland ". Thank you for any help.
