Hi! I'm originally from Hong Kong but I moved to England a couple of years ago. Since then I've gone back several times including last year's Chinese New Year.
I was wondering whether they've resolved the problem of filling in Victoria Bay. And has the solution been welcome to the public in general?
Are no1 familiar with this topic or are they just not interested?
I have no first hand knowledge of Hong Kong, but I tried Google. Victoria Bay seems to be quite the tourist attraction.

Yes it is, but last time I went back they were planning to fill parts of it in to build a new highway. That brought loads of protests and uproar in the public who saw Victoria Bay as Hong Kong's Tourist Symbol.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
