Hello I have a leak at the bottom of the bathroom facility connecting the toilet to the floor. The leak only occurs when there is water in Niagara. What is the problem and how to fix it

A likely cause is a poor seal between the toilet and the wastepipe.
If the leak is right at the floor, you would have to take up the toilet and put in a new wax seal.
