Can’t remember old game & would love some help!

I used to play this game when I was little, so it had to have been made in the 90’s or in 2000. It is a Play Station 1 game and it can be 2 player. I know it’s not Pinocchio, but the game title looks like that (I distinctively remember it starting with “Pin..”). Player 1 plays as a boy in a blue outfit and Player 2 plays as a girl with a pink dress. The layout of the game almost looks like a pac man board format, without the middle box. Once again, it’s for sure not Pinocchio, but the boy looks like he has kind of a long nose and it looks like you shoot white bullets/pellets out of his nose. You “shoot” these wind up cars and collect presents. If anyone has any idea of what this game could be, please leave a suggestion! I have been looking for this game for 9 years!
