HELP!

Hi, I got a little problem with understanding one word from the video.

Here you got the link and around 1:50 there's a man who is saying his opinion about the fourth plinth. He's saying 'I think it's beautiful.." and for the third time when he's saying, "I think" he's saying a word(s) which sound like "a strike in" but it's completely not that word. Does anybody know what it might be???
