How to become a person with more self confidence.

I am a quiet person that don't really have confidence in myself. I think that maybe I haven't found anyone who is interested in me is because I don't have self confidence ya. Does anyone know how I can become someone who is. Any advice would be cool. Thanks.

People build confidence by doing things, completing a project, seeing the end result of your efforts.

It does not come from how you look or how much money you have.

What have you done that has helped build your own confidence?

I haven't done that many things to build my self confidence yet though I want to. I have helped other people do things and I think that makes me feel more confident about myself. Thanks for your advice.
