My husband has made many comments through the years, putting down women for their looks, especially joking about them being "wrinkled up" and such. I look good for my age, but I'm about 10-15 years from likely looking like many of the women he speaks about. It makes me question how he'll feel about me. I find it very offensive. When confronted about it, he seems merely irritated the I brought it up.
It certainly sounds as though he is objectifying women. I know nothing of your relationship with this man; I think that you should be concerned by this attitude on his part. It is childish and self-centered.
He's just afraid. That's the world to come. He doesn't like it.
How old is he? I find people age 30 - 45 often make these kinds of comments.
