Many international freight forwarders are facing various complexities in their business. For this, how they can reduce these complexities.

Good luck with it. I used to use a freight forwarder that was in shambles. A shipment once got separated into the mess. Went there to identify my stuff, and saw broken pallets of commodities with food stuff falling all over the place.
Hmm ok and u should try to use optimized handling shipment chain process because food commodity stuff needs too much precautions and we have to use some reliable sources to overcome these type of problems
