Email Template

Could someone assist me on this (gramatically). I would like to create a general template for my works. How do you feel if you are the receipient?
Should I add any other text? Below is the template:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to inform you that your sample email that were suspected as spam/phishing email has been send to our vendor to verify the status.
The vendor will block the Sender from the server should they found the email was positive for spamming/phishing COMPANY ABC user mailboxes.

We will proceed to close your incident and thank you for the sample email and updating us regarding this issue.
Our team will continue to monitor COMPANY ABC user mailboxes to reduce the number of spam/phishing email to ensure that it is safe and secure for business purposes.
