Suggestions for a good gift

Hi folks,

As the title suggests I am looking for suggestions regarding a gift for someone.Here are the specifics:

My friend is around 25 years of age,single and works at a Government institution.She is an old friend and I just want to gift her something that will make her happy(i.e.,I don't intend to woo her or anything) She likes the color Red and loves to dress up in trendy,yet offbeat clothes.Jewellery is not preferred.My budget is around $50.

P.S.: I gifted her a clutch last year.So,intend to gift her something different this time.
