My account was disabled for my phone number being used by me too many times on accounts I made and got locked out of please help.

So stop doing that.
I take it you mean Facebook. Read their help (just Google it) and promise you'll never, ever do anything like that again. And maybe they'll let you back in. And if they do, then don't do it anymore.
