Facebook Confirmation

I have uploaded my ID in facebook confirmation, but I have diferent on my account and ID. Now I can't log in in my Profile, Can anyone have some help, what I'll do. Now when I log in there r written
"We’ll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we’ll reach out for additional documentation." Is there anyone who know how much time it need?
