I am not sure why it is hard for me to not think of the person that use to like me though. I just think about him then get more sad. Does anyone have any advice of what to do though. Thanks.

I once tore up a girl's picture and threw it away. It worked so well I don't even remember who she was.

Find things to replace that person in your mind. New friends, new activities, new interests, new sports.
Thanks for the advice ya. I think it is kind of hard for me to not think about it since he was the only guy that would like someone quiet like me though. I guess I will try to not think about the person.
