About a week ago I noticed a tiny rash on top of one of my breast and it spread quite quickly. I have no idea what it could be it is only on one of my boobs and is spreading all over it under it also now it is spreading to my belly .. It is not red more like a pinkish color and not very itchy. But it worries me .

Sounds like a rash to me. Of course, you'll have to wait for one of the doctors on this forum to narrow it down for you; that is, if there are any doctors here. I'm not aware of any doctors here, so probably a better idea is to just go see your doctor.

Good idea. I do not like the way it's spreading. It doesn't sound like a classic shingles case, but that doesn't make it good.

I would call a doctor - and tell him or her if you have done anything like changed your detergent or if you hand wash your bras, the soap you wash them in.
I have just developed a reaction to the latex or elastic used in bras and have broken out in rash under the cups, up by the armpits and in the center. It gies away with coconut oul.
I have also had heat rashes do what you describe.
Best to have Dr look at it.
