Below are official warnings to passengers at a railway station.
If you think it awkward, please edit it.

Attentions
For your safety, please keep off the tracks no matter what.
Dangerous objects such as explosives, gasoline, or items which may harm other passengers or trains are prohibited to bring into any station or train.
When the train (may) have delayed thirty minutes or more due to accidents or natural disasters, you can get train service information by reaching the Web page attached below.

Do not bring Dangerous objects like explosives or inflammatory substances such as gasoline, into any station or onto any train.

How about the other parts, such as "attentions", "no matter what", "when the train (not trains)" or "(may) have delayed"?
How about "When trains are delayed, or expected to be delayed, thirty minutes or more due to accidents or natural disasters, you can get train service information by reaching the Web page attached below."?
