If you say that you would never leave your husband, can it still be considered a possibility?

Never means never. It excludes all possibility, unless followed by a phrase describing exclusions, e.g. "I would never leave my husband unless he slept with another woman or hit me."

I treated your question as being about language. If you meant "Can I say I would never leave my husband and still, later, leave him?', the answer is, of course, yes. Many people do that.
