I have an english setter painting with 3 english setters hunting quail.The bottom right is signed brooks 50.

It looks like a pastel or a print. It looks like its been in a garage and got a little wet and very dirty.

Must be my camera.No its a water color and not a print.
The square band around the picture,the piece under signature is a seperate piece if you took it out of frame.I flipped the band because I thought it looked more rustic.The original color is a brighter color.
Also its not a canvas.Its some kind of vintage paper canvas.I found what it was called online but cant remember.Ill try try find the name of it agin.Thanks
It is like whatman paper.
I don't see a lot of value here. The mats shot. Maybe a couple of hundred bucks.
