Accident with coat hanger - soaking toe in hot salty water
What will remove build up of Vaseline , neosporin from raw nail bed ?
Peroxide will bubble , but not leaving nail bed clean .
Very sensitive ... please advise

Just use warm slightly soapy water, never ever use hot as the toe will be further traumatized. Then check with a doctor about antibiotics and an antifungal cream.
@Sturgis,
It is painful, but it will grow back fairly quickly.
