It's a fuzziness, eg of the fingers--like-- tingly. Mine at night, when I take one at bedtime, then another later. Plain curiousity whether any a2k'er has also used it for this reason

Why are you taking the stuff in the first place?

Anyways, 5-HTP has a side effect in some of causing peripheral neuropathy and there is a standard warning to not take it if you're using alcohol (so no more beer for you).
