My wife is constantly on her phone chatting on user groups

Just started happening about a few years ago. Noticed she wanted to lock her phone to have privacy. Now after a few years I see that she is engulfed in her phone Sometimes I wake up in the morning and she's on the app chatting. And switches the screen to Facebook. I have access to her phone and her email accounts but she is not aware of that. I also didn't look. Respect her privacy. But to what level and time. Been married 7 years now. So cal.
